By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images remain the property of Sapphire & Silver Portrait Design. We retain full copyright and reserve the right to use any images for display, exhibition, studio samples, and promotional or marketing purposes.

2. Image Retouching

All ordered images will be professionally retouched. This includes skin smoothing and the removal of temporary blemishes or marks.
Any additional retouching requests must be clearly stated at the time of ordering and noted on your order form.

3. Order Turnaround Time

Your completed artwork will be ready for collection or delivery within 6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
